Whether you're an architect, commercial builder or a building owner, you can benefit from this unique, simplified approach to constructing a building's envelope. The Koreteck solid wall design eliminates multiple steps and materials, saving precious time and headaches on your project. Once construction is complete, the noncavity composition then provides years of superior performance benefits.
Take a closer look at the solid thinking that sets Koreteck apart.
The Koreteck system is a series of connected panels that install rapidly—by a small, trained crew using minimal equipment—to quickly enclose a building:
Made with a solid galvanized 20-gauge steel core surrounded by Perform Guard® EPS insulation
Heights up to 18-feet (stackable for greater heights) and widths from 2 to 4 feet
Solid, noncavity construction in 6- or 8-inch thicknesses
The lightweight panels easily fit into an 18-gauge steel base track
Once installed, the Koreteck system is ready for final interior and exterior finishes:
Create pleasing and quiet interiors through the application of standard approved thermal barriers like gypsum wallboard
Visually astonish as you would with any facility by applying the array of colors and textures possible with acrylic coatings or other exterior finishes such as brick veneer, stone, siding and more
The completed Koreteck building creates proven performance attributes:
Energy savings thanks to superior insulating properties
Superior mold resistance provided by the noncavity Koreteck system panels
Quieter interiors thanks to the system’s enhanced acoustic performance
Sustainability attributes from the use of fewer natural resources in construction and reduced energy consumption over the life of the building
Confidence of compliance with building codes
